Your friend must bind the invitation before placing their first order. A reward is issued after their first eligible order is paid and marked complete by our team. Placing or shipping an order alone does not issue a voucher.
Read the full reward terms ↓After your friend pays, your account shows a pending reward. The voucher becomes usable after delivery or collection and our confirmation that the order is complete. Its 30-day validity starts on the issue date.
A few things to know before sharing
- Welcome voucher: every new member can claim one, with or without an invitation. NT$100 off a merchandise subtotal of NT$1,000; once per member, valid for 30 days after claiming.
- Referral reward: earn one NT$100 voucher for each eligible friend you successfully invite. You can earn multiple vouchers, each with a NT$1,000 minimum spend and 30-day validity from issue. Use one voucher per order; it cannot be combined with a welcome or another member voucher.
- Invitations are for new members joining through a personal link. Each friend can link to one referrer, before their first order. Complete this within 7 days of opening the link. Changing browsers or clearing site data may lose the invitation.
- Rewards are issued only after the first eligible shop order is paid and marked completed by our team, not when placed or shipped. Each friend qualifies once.
- This programme applies to regular online orders of coffee beans, drip bags and gift boxes. Monthly subscriptions do not qualify. There is no separate minimum spend for the qualifying first order.
- Self-referrals, test orders, cancellations and refunded orders do not qualify. If a qualifying order is later cancelled or refunded, unused rewards are voided and used rewards are reviewed.
- Referrers see only progress and reward status, never their friend’s name, address or purchase details.
- Updates are saved in your account. LINE notifications require the service to be enabled, a linked LINE account and adding our official account. Platform acceptance does not confirm delivery or reading.
